A non-refundable deposit of $10 is required up front before discussing a custom order in depth to ensure my time is put towards successful orders only. If you are only looking for a price quote, that tells me you are not ready to commit to my gear yet! Which is okay, reach out when you are!

Client's who are not ready to pay above $90-$250 for custom vests/setups should not send me messages, as my time & work is highly valued. This is my full time job.

My services may not align with your finances at this time, so be sure to get in touch when they do! I am more than happy to work with you. I love working with easygoing clients. My ideal client is someone who is not in a rush- if this isn't you, I am not interested in providing my services.

The entire payment for a custom setup is required up front after we discuss details the day of or the spot goes to the next on the waitlist. The $10 deposit will NOT be refunded under any circumstance.

My service dog gear is meticulously crafted. It is a slow process to achieve a sound product. I personally prioritize durability, functionality, & comfort to meet your demand of a quality product.

Wait times can average 1-8 weeks for patches, tabs, & collars but also vary per listing & how many items are ordered per order. Custom vests can average 1-16 weeks wait time. Please make sure you have read shop policy to understand what is expected of buyers!

I choose to have an average wait time because this gives me flexibility in between orders to monitor my personal schedule, disability, college work, etc., outside of this job. Please understand your order due date can be subject to change.

Pink Pixie does ship internationally! Please send us a message on Instagram to discuss an international package. It will be made available on a case-by-case basis. Shipping overseas can easily be $20-$40 depending upon weight & number of items ordered!

No, Pink Pixie does not offer discounts on quality items usually. Products that meet quality standards & inspection are always worth the same price. I personally don't believe in discounting good products I put my heart & soul into! I do however, mark products not up to par or regular quality as flawed as discounted items. These items are usually significantly cheaper & are often posted to my Instagram stories or Instagram update channel.

Paying customers are given discount codes depending upon how much is ordered per shipped order. Customers who buy frequently are given these codes inside their packages & they may be redeemed via messages on Instagram only!
